It's hard to summarize oneself to fit in a small paragraph. I value playfulness, joy, introspection, independence, empathy, connection; try to show my appreciation of people who mean the most to me, and slow time down by finding time to enjoy it. I am human, so not perfect, and own baggage I strive to condense; ask for help when I need it, and help others to remind myself most problems are usually much smaller than they seem. Communication, respect and honesty are key to maintaining healthy relationships.
I try to keep it real; not live in my head, realize that opinions are not facts, life is messy, that sometimes it behooves one to be more truthful than kind. I am comfortable with who I am, independent, often stubborn but non-confrontational. Aging hopefully makes us the wiser to pick our battles with care.
