I Would Describe Myself As Hi, and thanks for visiting. I am a self-employed professional with a long background in broadcasting. Which, considering I'm having such a hard time trying to figure out how to describe myself here, seems rather ironic.

I'm an artist with a creative (eccentric?) type of personality. Traditional in some ways, and completely non-traditional in others. Bit of a warped sense of humor. I love music both live and recorded, with really eclectic tastes. I enjoy quiet time at the cottage in front of the fire. Usually with a glass (or 3) of wine. And on the flip side, love getting out to happening events and shows.

Home is very important to me. I am widowed and share that home with my beautiful little puppy. My fabulous son is away most of year playing junior hockey. So yeah, big hockey fan, too.

I believe in helping others, and continue to do a great deal of work that I hope does help.

I'm very used to, and comfortable with, the black-tie thing, but I'll admit it's not my favorite - I probably prefer the jeans and blues/piano bar thing. Or a really good concert and a casual dinner.

Really hard to describe what I'm looking for. Like you, I guess I'll know once I find it. I do know that I want honesty. Someone who makes me laugh and makes me think. Someone who is confident, secure, and who is ready for the next phase. A kind man. A man I can talk to. I really don't believe we would need to share the exact same interests - I mean, that might be boring. Just as long as we have mutual respect for how we live our lives. And of course, there has to be a 'spark'.
